Customer service agents are in the front line of any airline, and their role is vital to the airline and airport operations. Ensuring that passengers and baggage are safely onboard the right aircraft at the right time, they contribute to the start of a smooth and enjoyable flight.

- Aviation General, Codes and Abbreviations, Airline Terminology, Health and Travel Documentation, Baggage Handling, Airport Services, Handling Hazards and Risks and Basic Ticketing
- Aviation Medicine, HIV and Handling of passengers with special needs
- Dangerous Goods
- Security Awareness
- Interviewing Skills
- Customer Service, Conflict Management and Cultural Diversity
YOUR LIFE AS A STUDENT…
- 3 weeks full-time training provided by experienced trainers on our premises located at Denel
- 5 weeks full-time should you include GDS Systems Training
- Monday – Friday 8:00 – 15:00
REQUIREMENTS TO START CARVING THE CAREER OF YOUR DREAMS…
- Minimum of 17 years
- International learners must be in possession of a valid travel document
- Grade 12 (although not a requirement by us to complete the course, it is required by airlines/organisations when they recruit).
- Proficiency in the English Language
